These terms cover the use of this website and the epoxy flooring services provided by Costa Epoxy on the Costa del Sol. They explain how you request an offer, how agreements are made, and the standards that guide our work on your concrete floors.

Sending an enquiry through our form is completely free and does not commit you to anything. You receive a written quote for your floor, and you are entirely free to accept or turn it down.

Your agreement for the work is made directly with Costa Epoxy, and Costa Epoxy carries out the work itself. You never pay for any service directly through this website.

We provide a free visit to check the floor, followed by a fixed written quote per square metre that lists the preparation, the coating system and how long the job takes. Payment requires a deposit when the job is booked, and the rest when the floor is finished and handed over. You receive a satisfaction guarantee where if something we did is not right, we come back and put it right at no cost. You must tell us as soon as you notice a problem after the floor is handed over, and we come out, look at it and fix any fault in our work. We are fully insured, and our insurance covers the work we carry out in your home or business.
