The same installers grind, prime, and coat your floor from start to finish. We handle every step ourselves. No outside workers take over your floor during the project.
At Costa Epoxy, we lay epoxy resin floors on indoor and covered concrete. We work for homes and businesses on the Costa del Sol. We do not carry out general building or outdoor asphalt paving.
Where we lay our floors
We work on the Costa del Sol. Our team covers properties in Benahavís, Benalmádena, Estepona, Fuengirola, Marbella, and Mijas. We prepare concrete floors across these towns.
Local buildings face damp air and salty sea winds. Hillside homes take in moisture from the ground, while summer heat ruins simple floor paints. These conditions make bare concrete dust constantly. They also cause floor paint to peel and stick to hot car tires.
How we handle your floor
We answer every enquiry within 24 hours. A team member responds to your message directly. We can usually visit your property to check the floor within the same week.
We provide a free visit to check the floor condition. Every job receives a fixed written quote per square metre. This document lists the preparation, the coating system, and the project timeline.
You pay a deposit when you book the installation date. We then complete the preparation and coating. You pay the rest when the floor is finished and handed over.
Our guarantee and insurance cover
We back our installations with a satisfaction guarantee. If something we did is not right, we come back and put it right at no cost. You simply tell us as soon as you notice a problem after the floor is handed over.
We come out, look at the surface, and fix any fault in our work. You do not pay extra for these corrections. We are also fully insured. Our insurance covers the work we carry out in your home or business premises.
